  4. I am not trying to loose weight. I am happy with my current weight, but I would like to get my body fat % down to about 15%. I am currently at 18%. I have increased my weight training to 3 x's per week. I have always done cardio 6 days per week. I have recently joined a running group and I ran the bleachers at the high school where I teach. I thought it was going to be tough, but it was very easy. I was so sad :( Guess I need to find steeper steps!
